The Ripple Connecting You to Divine Consciousness

Meditation has become widely accepted and practiced and the base for conscious awareness for many years.

This practise dates back to the early civilization which historians now believe dates back to 3000 BCE.

Today, we can pick up many books on it and find all kinds of information on the web about this practice.

Social media has embraced the ideas and those who have followed through with their meditation practise, has noticed incredible results within their everyday living.

​

Interestingly, scientists have had their curiosity peeked and have been doing research on the effects of meditation for over 10 years and the results they found surprised themselves.  Some benefits from scientific studies are;  increased health to the brain, creative thinking, increasing IQ, increasing focus, reduce stress levels, coping and cognitive reasoning, live longer and happier lives, emotional control, to name a few.

When I began meditating 15 years ago, I had no idea that what I was doing was rewiring my internal universe.

It just felt good so I kept it up and began noticing changes occuring.  Not overnight mind you because like I said, back then I did not know what I know now.  But the process started.  And the more I learn, the more I notice and with awareness and intention comes manifestation.

It is for this love of the process and the knowledge I have learned about this beautiful, self-loving practise, that I am holding guided group meditation evenings.

They will be every Tuesday evening in Abbotsford.
